Paul Carter, owner and general manager of Intermountain Foundation Repair, Inc., is a registered civil engineer in Utah and a registered civil and geotechnical engineer in California.  He has over seventeen years experience in foundation repair evaluation and mitigation. All of the project supervisors have been trained and passed the annual Ram Jack service and installation review and exam.
